Checkout took like a minute... maybe less. No issues at all, it was just really quick and easy.
"Fees Showed Up Too Late"
I thought I found a good ticket price at first, but by the time I got close to checkout, extra fees suddenly popped up. Maybe I missed the fine print somewhere, but it didn’t feel very upfront. Other ticket sites I’ve used usually show the total a bit earlier, or at least make the fees more obvious, so this felt more confusing than it needed to be. I just don’t like having to go through the whole process before finding out the real price

I bought tickets on TiqIQ, and the seat map made it look like I was getting much better seats than what we actually ended up with. Total bait-and-switch vibes, honestly.
When we got to the venue, our seats were a few rows over from where I thought we’d be, and part of the view was blocked. So yeah, not exactly the area I paid for, unless these jokers have a very loose definition of “same.”
I reached out to support, and they basically shrugged it off and said the seats were “similar.” They really weren’t. Super annoying experience, and I definitely wouldn’t use them again.

I was about to place the order, but the payment page just gave me a weird feeling. Maybe it was the layout, or the lack of security info, I’m not sure. I started thinking about my card details and then got distracted by how sketchy the checkout looked, so I ended up backing out before paying.

It worked the way it was supposed to, so I can’t really complain. Still, something about it makes me feel like I should keep an eye on it before I fully trust it.

"Mobile tickets were fine, just loaded a little slow"
I used TiqIQ for my tickets and just had them pulled up on my phone. I kind of assumed it might be a hassle at the door, but it actually went smoothly. The barcode scanned right away and I got in without any issues, which was a relief.
The only thing was the page took a bit to load while I was standing outside the venue, and of course I immediately assumed my service was going to ruin everything. It ended up being fine, but next time I’ll save the tickets ahead of time just to avoid the stress. Overall, good experience.

"Frustrating to use on my phone"
I was just trying to find what I needed, but the site was really clunky on my phone and made the whole process way harder than it should’ve been. After a while, it got frustrating, and I think this needs to be looked into because it’s not a smooth experience for customers.

"Last-minute tickets actually worked"
I bought my tickets super last minute and was a little worried I was getting fooled or that something wouldn’t scan at the door. But everything came through in time, and I got in without any issues. Huge relief.

I was trying to pick seats on tiqiq.com the other night while sitting on my couch after dinner, and it was way more frustrating than it needed to be. I’d choose the seats I wanted, get all the way to checkout, and then suddenly they’d be changed to something worse. I even went back a couple times thinking maybe I had clicked the wrong thing, but nope, it kept happening. Ended up stuck with seats I wouldn’t have picked in the first place. Really annoying, and the whole process was not clear at all...

"Refund Came Through, Just Took a While"
My event ended up getting cancelled, and to be fair, Tiqiq did process my refund in the end. That said, it took a couple of emails and a bit more waiting than I expected. The process wasn’t terrible, but it felt a little slow and not very clear at the beginning. Overall, it worked out, but I do wish the communication had been smoother.

"Issue got sorted, but for some reason it took forever"
I had a problem with my order and it was frustrating. Support did get back to me, but for some reason it took a few days, and I had to explain the same issue more than once. They did fix it eventually, which I appreciate, but the whole thing felt way slower than it needed to be. Not the best experience overall

I did get the confirmation, which was a relief, but I still felt a bit unsure afterward. Some of the details weren’t very clear, and when I reached out for help, support took longer than I expected. It worked out in the end, but the whole process could definitely be smoother.

"Tickets were okay, but the wait was annoying"
I did end up finding the tickets I needed, so that part was fine. But the prices felt a little higher than I expected once all the fees showed up. I also had to sit in a queue for a while, which got frustrating. Not the worst experience, but I really wish the total cost was clearer upfront.

"Refund was faster than I expected"
I had to cancel my order and, as someone who always gets a bit nervous dealing with refunds, I was expecting it to be a hassle. But after a few emails, they got it sorted and the money was back on my card in about 3 days. Really smooth overall and no drama, which I appreciated

I bought two tickets for a game through TiqIQ and was a little nervous since I Hadn’t used them before.
The tickets showed up in my email and scanned at the gate with no issues at all. The seats were exactly the ones I picked too, so that part was Totally fine.
I’m giving 4 stars just because the delivery update felt a little slow and I kept checking my inbox like every few minutes. But in the end, everything worked out.

Support did get back to me eventually, but it took longer than I was hoping. The most recent response was actually helpful, so that’s what’s sticking with me now, but I still wish they’d been a bit quicker upfront.

"Had fewer options than I expected"
I tried using tiqiq for a couple of events, and while the tickets did show up, the selection wasn’t really what I was hoping for. I expected to see more sections and pairs of seats, but a lot of areas were missing or just had random single seats available. Some of the prices seemed decent, so it wasn’t a total letdown, but there just weren’t enough choices to make planning easy. It’s not a terrible site, just a bit frustrating if you’re trying to compare good options.
